- Must be living in San Carlos City and knows his/her way around the city
- With pleasing and well-rounded personality, independent and has traveled to Manila
- Very organized and resourceful
- Willing to work at home, self-driven and a self-starter
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Has very good computer skills
